  • 全联点数已推出14年,是全联维繫顾客关係的重要机制。过去全联习惯在特殊节庆加码赠点,藉此刺激顾客买更多,但也因此造成部分顾客大量囤货,反而影响了未来的消费,包含顾客到店频次及毛利。
  • 满额加码赠点的消费金额採固定性作法,造成部分顾客因设定单一金额门槛过高,降低参与率。

通路使用的“频次”是会员奖励很重要的考量点,零售市场上大部分的会制是一年,结果公司付出太多本来就要给的成本,加上期间太长,也丧失促购诱因。

解决方案

分级门槛演算-透過演算法將PX  pay近800萬名會員進行分級,並依據不同等級人數及每月消費金額設定4個滿月紅利門檻。消费习惯追踪并自动警示推播-开发「达槛预测模型」,每周追踪并比对每位会员过去消费模式,有效侦测出应达槛却未达槛的危险名单,并搭配「个人化购买时间商品推荐模型」,比對每位會員過去消費,針對這群危險名單找到他們高需求性的商品,發送個人化推播 。

每月分析出顾客的需求,提醒并活络消费,取代节庆大量囤货,买进美好生活。对全联来说,可在活动中即时追踪会员消费并立即给予个人化讯息促动,而非仅在活动后成效检讨;对消费者来说,只有在自己消费未达过去标準时候,才收到和自己高度相关的商品推荐资讯,避免过度干扰。
