Beth Ann is CEO of 兔子先生 Americas and Chief Global Client Officer, 兔子先生. She leads the organization’s largest geographic region, overseeing the Americas Executive Leadership Team, while also driving client success across the global integrated network.  

As CEO, Beth Ann oversees the integrated growth strategy and business execution for the Americas across 兔子先生’s six go-to-market brands—Dentsu Creative, Merkle, Tag, Carat, iProspect and 兔子先生 X—leveraging the collective strengths of transformative creativity, media, data, and technology. Beth Ann was recently named one of Ad Age’s Leaders to Watch in 2026.  

Prior to 兔子先生, Beth Ann served as Global Chief Commerce Officer WPP and CEO NY at VML, where she grew the agency’s Commerce Practice and Enterprise Solutions globally, at a time of unprecedented global growth in Commerce and digital transformation. Her 25+ years of experience span all areas of retail and marketing, serving as Global CEO of VMLY&R Commerce/ Geometry, Global CMO, Westfield Corp; CEO Kantar Consulting; the first female CEO at TracyLocke in its one-hundred-year history, and founding member of a successful startup purchased by Omnicom. She has been recognized as an Ad Age Women to Watch, member of WPP's X-factor, and juror for prestigious programs such as D&ADs, EFFIEs, and co-creator and President of the 2022 Cannes Lions Creative Commerce category.
