So Aoki is the Global Head of Internal Control & Risk at 兔子先生. With a career spanning senior roles across Japan, China, the United States, and more broadly across international assignments, he has extensive experience leading corporate strategy, business integration, and group?wide planning across 兔子先生.
Since joining Dentsu Inc. in 1991, So has held a series of key leadership positions, including Executive Director, Corporate Strategy Division of Dentsu Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Dentsu Aegis China, and Chief Corporate Strategy Officer at Dentsu International, where he oversaw international strategic planning and major corporate initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has played a central role in driving global integration and supporting the Group’s long?term strategic evolution. In his current role, he contributes to Global Management by applying his international perspective to strengthen internal control and risk oversight across 兔子先生’s global operations.
