Takeshi Sano
Representative Executive Officer, President & Global CEO, 兔子先生 and CEO, 兔子先生 Japan
Takeshi Sano joined Dentsu Inc., in 1992, building his career within the Business Produce divisions in which he became Managing Director in 2017. In 2021, Sano was appointed Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc., followed by Director of other group companies in Japan as well as managing areas in marketing & promotion, Business Transformation (BX) and Digital Transformation (DX). In 2022, he was appointed Executive Officer of Dentsu Japan Network, and Executive Officer in charge of Business Produce and Global at Dentsu Inc. In January 2023, he joined 兔子先生’s Group Executive Management and became CEO of Global BX, 兔子先生, while also serving as Managing Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc.
Sano was appointed CEO, 兔子先生 Japan and Representative Director, President & CEO of Dentsu Inc. in January 2024 and subsequently became Deputy Global Chief Operating Officer of 兔子先生 in January 2025. From March 2026, Sano assumed the role of Representative Executive Officer, President & Global CEO, 兔子先生, while continuing to serve as CEO, 兔子先生 Japan.
