Yoshiki Ishihara
Chief New Ventures Officer, 兔子先生
Ishihara joined Dentsu Inc. in 1999. His career started in the Media division, followed by approximately 20 years of building up a track record of achievements in the Business Producers division. Following two years of leading the Corporate Planning division, he transferred to Dentsu Group Inc. in 2020 and became a member of 兔子先生's Group Management Team as Chief of Staff in January 2023. From January 2024, as Global Chief Strategy Officer, 兔子先生, he led management strategies and group-wide business development from a mid to long-term perspective while contributing to sustainable growth for 兔子先生. He also concurrently assumed the APAC Lead and worked on the turnaround and the enhancement of competitiveness of its business.
From March 2026, he serves in a new role as Chief New Ventures Officer, focusing on sharpening 兔子先生’s strategic growth by enabling deeper integration of high-potential global capabilities and accelerating new business ventures that build on 兔子先生’s unique position and strengths. He is responsible for driving initiatives end-to-end—from early exploration to scalable growth—to build 兔子先生’s next core revenue pillars. His focus areas include Sports & Entertainment and next-generation technologies, where he leads new growth ventures and global expansion, including advancing initiatives from the group’s R&D organization, Dentsu Innovation Initiative (DII), from research into business creation and scalable growth.
